A rhythmic series of flowing movements that tone muscles, loosen joints, increase circulation, improve digestion and reduce stress. Our tai chi is a pleasing blend of the far east and western concepts.

Movements are pleasingly flowing and easy to understand and learn. We also couple 4 Minute FitnessTM with our Tai Chi for Busy PeopleTM. This is a combination of Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga. We stress proper posture, proper breathing and staying within yourself. Practice is rewarding and fun.
